THE ROLE:
We're seeking a dynamic Front Desk who is passionate about sports, athlete wellness, and leaving the general population better than you found them. This pivotal role involves working directly with clients to prevent injuries and help maintain peak performance, using a variety of therapeutic modalities.
Desired Experience:
- Strong foundation in checking clients in, sales, sports, and connecting with members
- Experience MindBody software
- Passion for sports wellness and a proactive approach to helping clients feel better
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engage daily with clients to prevent injuries and assist in maintaining optimal performance.
- Check in clients
- Make sales
- Rebook clients
- Be able to communicate how our modalities work and coach clients through them
- Maintain and uphold the standards of our facility’s equipment and cleanliness
- Represent our cutting-edge services at events and sports facilities
- Fill in as needed in the facility to ensure all task are done
- Maintain high standard
- Strong ability to contribute meaningfully within a team environment while maintaining accountability for one's role.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
