What are the responsibilities and job description for the Repossession Agent position at Recovery First Inc?
We are looking for a full-time repossession agent to join our team. The agent's job involves running addresses and making contact at those addresses (Door Knocking), investigating and tracking the known locations of vehicles out for repossession, speaking with client customers, and securing and towing vehicles to a secure yard.
Our company has Jerr-dan Wheel-Lift and Lil Hercules 2.0 Wheel-Lift tow trucks.

REQUIREMENTS
Clean driving record and a valid driver's license
Clean Criminal Record
Random drug testing
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be at least 25 years of age
No Smoking in any of our vehicles
Proven ability and experience working in a wheel lift tow truck and using the tools that come with it.
Basic computer skills, including internet and email, and own a smartphone with service
Positive attitude and a high aptitude for problem-solving
Ability to handle stress, confrontation, and multiple priorities with a level head and limited emotion
Flexible and self-confident with exceptional communication skills
Clean, presentable appearance, reliable, strong work ethic, and loyal
Basic mechanical ability

Pay: $3,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
