Recovery Consultants of Atlanta is a private non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization founded in 1999 by a group of concerned, committed, and spiritually centered members of the Metro-Atlanta's 12-Step and faith-based addiction recovery communities. Over the years, the organization has grown and expanded its services for both clients and patients by offering an array of comprehensive Primary Care Services through its Community Health Center which enhances and supplements all services being provided at RCA. WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?

As the Full-Time Program Coordinator for Head Start at Recovery Consultants of Atlanta, you will play a pivotal role in program oversight and coordination. You will be responsible for the seamless delivery of primary care and behavioral health services across assigned sites, acting as the primary liaison between our contracted agencies, service recipients, and external partners. Your leadership will ensure compliance with contract deliverables and timelines while aiding in the implementation of essential care protocols and workflows. Clinical service coordination is key, as you facilitate intake and follow-up processes, ensuring timely completion of screenings and assessments.

You will manage and document services accurately in line with HIPAA regulations, monitor client outcomes, and uphold quality assurance standards. In addition, you will foster collaboration through regular coordination meetings and provide training to staff on compliance expectations, all while supporting culturally responsive, trauma-informed practices. Your contribution will be invaluable in enhancing the lives of families in our community.

Additionally, your ability to foster collaboration and support culturally responsive practices will greatly enhance the experience for service recipients.
