We are seeking a Mental Health Professional to join our team! You will provide treatment services to clients with co-occurring; substance use and mental health disorders.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional services including group, individual, and family therapy.
- Provide Biopsychosocial Assessments and Initial Treatment Plans upon admission.
- Develop Master Treatment Plans based on assessment of substance use disorders and mental health disorders.
- Implement and review treatment plans.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team.
- Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in mental health or substance use disorder counseling.
- Arkansas License as LMSW, LCSW, LAC, LPC, or LMFT.
- Familiarity with trauma informed care and cultural competency.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Ability to build therapeutic rapport with clients and serve in a person-centered environment.
- Ability to accurately assess treatment needs.
