Key Responsibilities
- Program Oversight & Development: Directs and supervises all aspects of the recovery programs and services.
- Develops and implements peer-based programming to support participants.
- Evaluates program effectiveness, coordinates services, and ensures the achievement of organizational goals.
- Stays updated on trends in participant care and collaborates on strategic plans.
- Staff & Operations Management: Supervises, trains, and mentors all program staff, including peer coaches and technicians.
- The manager is responsible for managing staff scheduling and performance issues, as well as ensuring the proper completion of duties.
- Coordinates daily activities, conducts staff meetings, and ensures a supportive work environment.
- Financial & Administrative Management: Develops and manages program budgets, monitors expenditures, and ensures compliance.
- Participates in grant writing and fund development activities to sustain and grow programs.
- Ensures financial records and reports are submitted in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensures the facility and programs meet all state, federal, and organizational standards.
- Conducts facility searches, maintains cleanliness and safety standards, and logs all services.
- Responds to all procedural questions and ensures compliance with funding agency guidelines.
- Community & Stakeholder Engagement: Builds and maintains strong relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and county agencies.
