Recovery Center of Niagara is an organization focusing on the care and treatment of those suffering from substance and alcohol use disorder that has partnered with DailyPay for same day access to funds! Employees no longer have to wait until pay day to get their earnings. Our medical facility is located in Newfane and provides each step of care from the detox, medication assisted treatment, rehab and recovery therapy. We are looking for a thorough environmental service aide with excellent cleanliness standards to attend all areas of our healthcare facility. The goal is to enhance customer experience by keeping our facility in clean and orderly condition.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and disinfect client's rooms, bathrooms, furniture and other areas of the facility in a timely manner
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Create daily job lists and record all serviced rooms
• Maintain equipment in good condition
• Report on any shortages, damages or security issues
• Address client concerns/requests and inform others when required
• Check stocking levels of all consumables
• Comply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies and licensing laws

Schedule:

Week 1 and 2: Mon to Fri 11 am to 7 pm, Week 3: Tues to Thur 11 am to 7 pm, Sat and Sun 7 am to 3 pm, then the cycle goes back to week one

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Experience in a healthcare setting or similar preferred.

SKILLS:

• Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail
• Proven working experience in relevant field (healthcare facility)
• Ability to work independently and remain motivated
• Helpful with customer service orientation
• Prioritization and time management skills
• Knowledge of English language
