Duties
- Engage with clients through various communication channels to discuss outstanding debts and payment options.
- Utilize effective negotiation techniques to facilitate debt recovery while maintaining positive client relationships.
- Document all interactions accurately in our database, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.
- Provide exceptional client services by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for improving recovery rates and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while managing challenging conversations with clients.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to Asset recovery.
Requirements
- Stand up individual with strong character and proven work ethic
- VERIFIABLE Two years MINIUM proven Wheel Lift/Self Loader experience. This is NOT an entry level position
- Two car flatbed experience is not required but a plus
- MUST BE 22 years old MINIMUM (Insurance Requirement)
- Must PASS Pre-Employment Drug Screen and Background Check
- We do random drug tests on all employees
- Up to 10 hour shifts, these are 100K jobs
- We strong prefer experience using Clearplan, Cleardata and RDN but will train the right candidate
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in all interactions
