The therapist will participate in case conferences, support crisis intervention and safety planning, and contribute to discharge planning and referrals for ongoing services. The role also involves maintaining professional and ethical standards, staying current with best practices in MH and SUD care, and supporting a stigma-free, recovery-oriented environment.
