We believe PTs should be primary-care musculoskeletal providers, and we are moving our company in that direction in our complex and ever-changing healthcare system.
We generally schedule 45-60 minute appointments of true one-on-one care, and we do not delegate care to unlicensed aides. The productivity standards are reasonable and not a recipe for burnout. We have an unlimited con-ed allowance, and encourage / sponsor certification in MSK ultrasound imaging, advanced manual therapy, and dry needling, enabling therapists to practice at the top of their license.
