Recourse Communications is partnering with is partnering with a leading equipment provider to find a Customer Account Manager who thrives on building long-term customer relationships, knows the construction equipment market, and is ready to own their territory. What You’ll Do

• Call on construction businesses to grow and maintain strong relationships.
• Receive and follow up on company-provided leads, while actively prospecting for new clients.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and rental goals using proven CRM tools, Facebook, and other sources.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact to post-sale follow-up.
• Represent the company at events, trade shows, and even client dinners.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure a smooth and professional buying process.
• Stay sharp—continually grow your product, market, and industry knowledge.

What You’ll Need:

· 2 years of proven sales experience with a strong track record, preferably in construction equipment.

· High school diploma or GED.

· Outgoing, personable, and hungry to build lasting relationships.

· Knowledge of construction equipment.

· Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

· A desire to grow within the company—this role has promotional opportunities.

· Base Pay Uncapped Commission

· Earnings Support: Up to $3,000/month during your first 3 months

Pay: $700.00 - $701.00 per week
