Records Management Center & Shredding On Site (RMC/SOS) has provided secure, dependable, and customer-focused records and information management services to Northern New England for nearly 30 years. The Opportunity: As a Mobile Shredding Specialist at Shredding On Site, you’ll be the friendly face of our company. You’ll drive a shredding truck, providing secure, on-site document destruction, and ensuring every client interaction is positive. This role blends customer service, problem-solving, and hands-on work, helping businesses and people protect sensitive information.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build strong client relationships while delivering exceptional service.
  • Operate a shredding truck, visiting clients for on-site document destruction.
  • Handle compliance paperwork and follow safety and security protocols.
  • Conduct routine checks to keep your truck and equipment in top condition.

Must-haves in a Candidate:

  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • A valid CDL-B license with a clean record.
  • Comfortable driving larger vehicles.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive attitude and ability to work independently.

Nice to Have in a Candidate:

  • Experience in customer service
  • Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance.
