Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Charlotte, NC. The Sales Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities for document storage, scanning, electronic document management, and shredding services. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting sales calls and in-person meetings, delivering presentations and product demonstrations, and preparing proposals and quotes. The role also involves managing a sales pipeline, negotiating contracts, and closing deals while meeting or exceeding sales targets. The Sales Executive will collaborate closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing client satisfaction, and will maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in B2B sales, including prospecting, lead qualification, consultative selling, and closing deals.
- Strong communication abilities, including clear verbal communication, persuasive presentation skills, and professional business writing.
- Experience with relationship building, account management, and delivering high-quality customer service.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, basic sales reporting, and managing a structured sales pipeline.
- Understanding of or interest in document management, records storage, or related business services (industry experience preferred but not required).
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel locally in the Charlotte, NC area for client visits and networking events.
