Responsibilities
- Sort, open, and process incoming mail efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare outgoing mail, including labeling, packaging, and dispatching via various delivery services
- Maintain organized records of all mail transactions and shipments
- Assist with data entry related to mail processing using computer literacy tools such as Microsoft Office and internal systems
- Support office management tasks
- Scanning Mail/Docs and Correspondence to internal systems
- Provide excellent customer service by supporting internal teams with their mailing needs and answering questions professionally
Skills
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail for accurate mail handling
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Experience with data entry, filing, and proofreading tasks in an office setting
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills for effective communication
- Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment while multitasking effectively
- Prior office or clerical experience preferred
