About The Role
Reporting directly to the head of marketing, the Marketing Manager will sit in RLG’s Iselin New Jersey office and be responsible for RLG’s marketing initiatives, which span the US, Canada, and Latin America.
The ideal candidate is an exceptional and creative thinker, communicator, leader, and problem-solver, with the ability to build positive alignment across teams, draft/edit copy that makes RLG’s complex products easy-to-understand, implement data-driven decision-making, and ensure all marketing spend (as well as ROI) is diligently tracked and reported.

About The Role

Responsibilities
- Content campaigns and creation (copywriting): email marketing, news and blog posts, Linkedin, webinar/podcast scripts, web text guides and reports (with on-page knowledge of SEO/GEO/AEO).
- Complex budgeting and tracking: work across teams and regions to ensure marketing spend stays on budget (across multiple lines of business and marketing channels)
- Marketing metrics and data: Improve and develop marketing analytics, track progress toward existing KPIs and implement new ones, close data gaps, as well as support decision-making based on ROI-data and larger business goals
- Lead generation: Drive inbound leads through exemplary thought leadership by developing high-value content and working with our teams to disseminate that content to target audiences (ICPs)
- Creative marketing campaigns: Collaborate with sales to create impactful campaigns that support lead generation, with some ABM-style campaigns targeting key prospects
- Oversee a growing team of marketing specialists (in Latin America and Canada) and work cross-functionally with shared resources team to ensure deliverables land on-time and on-quality
- Present campaign strategies, regional updates, and marketing data internally and externally, fostering understanding and alignment across teams to meet the business’s shared goals
- Work with Head of Marketing on cross-brand and corporate initiatives, including planning and strategy; develop marketing plans in coordination with all stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals
- Business leadership: Collaborate across RLG and Reconomy to implement improvements of all kinds for the RLG marketing team (technical, educational, HR-related, etc.)
- Minimum of 5-7 years marketing experience, with some leadership experience
- Deep knowledge of B2B marketing best practices across channels (email, LinkedIn, web, and more)
- Marketing and budgeting tools: Wordpress, MailChimp, LinkedIn, Elementor, Excel, Monday.com, etc., PowerPoint
- Exceptional written and spoken communication skills; presentation design
- Proactive problem-solving and decision-making for campaign design and execution
- Agility, flexibility, and responsiveness: quick thinking ability to pivot fast
- Potential for occasional travel (a few times a year to other offices or conferences)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
