We are looking for a motivated and results-driven store manager to join our team! This role offers a base salary plus commission, allowing you to earn based on your performance. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in leading a team to success, STRONG sales skills, excellent customer service, and a passion for helping customers.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Drive sales goals, motivate and coach employees to maximize every opportunity, and build sales skills through consistent training and one-on-ones.
  • Team Management: Enforce policies, hold employees accountable, issue verbal warnings, document and send employees home when necessary, and assist with in store terminations at the request of management or HR. Ensure recorded punctuality and adherence to dress code and RTEAM culture.
  • Training & Development: Train new hires, reinforce company standards, and provide ongoing development to strengthen sales and repair skills.
  • Operations & Delegation: Oversee store operations including documented scheduling, inventory management, ordering, deposits, till closure, and reconciliation. Delegate tasks efficiently to maximize productivity and minimize downtime while holding to company policies. .
  • Quality Control: Ensure repairs are performed at the highest quality, with damages and warranty claims kept to a minimum. Conduct spot checks and final device inspections as needed.
  • Customer Experience: Take over escalated situations, resolve customer concerns effectively, and ensure customer needs are satisfied while protecting profitability.
  • Culture & Morale: Shape and uphold RTEAM culture through consistent coaching, accountability, and positive reinforcement. Motivate the team to exceed goals while maintaining a professional and polished environment.
  • B2B Development: Recognize and pursue business-to-business opportunities, building relationships with local companies, schools, or organizations.
  • Store Standards: Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked store environment at all times.

Requirements:

Technical & Product Knowledge

  • Knowledge of major cell phone models, types, and brands.
  • Basic knowledge of computers and their common issues.
  • Strong interest in technology and willingness to stay updated.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new devices, software, and repair techniques.

Quality Control & Customer Experience

  • Holds the team to the highest repair quality standards with minimal rework.
  • Provides quality checks on devices before they are released to customers.
  • Resolves escalated customer concerns professionally while protecting company interests.
  • Monitors and responds to online reviews daily; escalates negative reviews immediately.

Communication & Reporting

  • Conducts daily huddles to set expectations and weekly 1-on-1s for development.
  • Submits accurate reports on store KPIs, employee performance, and operational issues to the District Manager.
  • Keeps ownership informed of opportunities, risks, and needs at the store level.

Personal Accountability

  • Leads by example in professionalism, punctuality, appearance, and work ethic.
  • Takes ownership of both successes and failures within the store.
  • Upholds company values and demonstrates what it means to be RTEAM every day.
  • Manages inventory levels, approves orders within limits, and reconciles vendor deliveries.
  • Maintains real-time accountability of tickets, shelves, and workflow systems.

  • Process Development: Involvement in creating and refining SOPs that improve efficiency across all locations.
  • Executive Exposure: Work closely with District Managers and Owners to shape company direction and strategy, preparing for upper management.

Compensation Structure:

Base Salary: $16-18 per hour

Commission: Earn up to 10% on every sale, with uncapped earning potential

Bonus Opportunities: Additional incentives for exceeding sales targets and Google reviews

Average Earnings: Our sales team on average earns $25-$35/hr

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
