Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Construction Superintendent role that requires travel. The Construction Superintendent will oversee daily on-site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure adherence to project timelines, safety protocols, and quality standards. Responsibilities include managing construction schedules, budgeting, site logistics, and addressing project challenges as they arise to ensure successful project delivery. Collaboration with project managers, clients, and internal teams is essential to ensure that all work meets design specifications and client expectations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Ground-Up Construction Site Management and expertise in managing on-site operations
- Strong knowledge of Construction Safety protocols and best practices
- Fuel Station/C-Store experience is a plus.
- Excellent Organization Skills for managing multiple aspects of construction projects
- Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management for construction projects
- Proven ability in Project Management, including scheduling, coordination, and issue resolution
- Ability to lead and communicate effectively with teams and contractors
- 5 years of experience in construction management or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred
- Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools for project planning and documentation
