NOW HIRING: Market Research Call Center Agents!
As a Market Research Call Center Agent with ReconMR, you will conduct survey interviews on a wide variety of topics. You will be trained to use a CATI (Computer Aided Telephone Interviewing) System. Your shift will consist of interacting with respondents in a polite and professional manner. your calls will never consist of sales or collections. No previous experience is required. You will participate in ongoing development through initial basic interviewer training, survey monitoring feedback, and other training programs. Requirements:
- Ability to work onsite
- Excellent communication & reading skills
- Comfortable talking on the phone and speaking to a high volume of respondents (outbound)
- Basic computer & typing skills
- Basic understanding of good customer service
