You will play a critical role in launching Recon Services in the region by identifying opportunities, winning new accounts, and building a strong local footprint.

Key Responsibilities
- Establish and grow Recon Services’ presence in a new regional market
- Aggressively prospect, cold call, network, and generate new business opportunities
- Convert leads into customers through consultative, solution-driven selling
- Conduct in-person sales meetings at job sites, corporate offices, trade shows, and industry events
- Promote and sell Recon Services’ full suite of solutions, including roll-off containers, tommy carts, residential trash services, and compactors
- Build relationships with contractors, developers, property managers, and commercial clients
- Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to close and handoff
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and activity tracking within CRM
- Collaborate with operations and leadership to support successful market entry and customer onboarding
- Consistently meet or exceed aggressive growth and revenue targets
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven success in outside sales, territory expansion, or market development
- Strong track record of prospecting and closing new business
- Comfortable working independently in a field-based role with significant travel
- Experience using CRM systems to manage pipeline and performance
- Highly motivated, self-starting, and results-driven
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience launching or expanding into new territories
- Background in waste services, construction, environmental services, or related industries
- Knowledge of roll-offs, carts, residential trash, or compactors
- Existing regional relationships are a plus
