We are looking for a Licensing & Compliance Project Specialist who enjoys structure, accuracy, and results. The right person is steady, organized, and takes pride in keeping complex systems running smoothly.
What you will do
- Coordinate permits and licenses for commercial and institutional properties
- Track deadlines and ensure compliance with city and state requirements
- Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and city officials
- Draft proposals and maintain detailed digital records
- Anticipate issues and keep projects moving
What we are looking for
- Seven or more years of experience in an analytical, administrative, or compliance role within architecture, engineering, construction, or accounting
- Strong written communication and follow-through
- Comfort handling many moving parts with precision
- A calm, reliable presence who values getting things right
