We are looking for a Licensing & Compliance Project Specialist who enjoys structure, accuracy, and results. The right person is steady, organized, and takes pride in keeping complex systems running smoothly.


What you will do

  • Coordinate permits and licenses for commercial and institutional properties
  • Track deadlines and ensure compliance with city and state requirements
  • Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and city officials
  • Draft proposals and maintain detailed digital records
  • Anticipate issues and keep projects moving


What we are looking for

  • Seven or more years of experience in an analytical, administrative, or compliance role within architecture, engineering, construction, or accounting
  • Strong written communication and follow-through
  • Comfort handling many moving parts with precision
  • A calm, reliable presence who values getting things right
