We are hiring a Director of Brand & Product Marketing to own how Recom shows up in the world and how we turn attention into pipeline.
You are building the internal creative engine from scratch. You operate as a team of five on day one, with AI as your force multiplier. You add 1-2 hires as you scale.
You report to the CMO. You work directly with the Co-Founders. You own a function.

- Sales enablement, pitch decks, and customer decks
- Brand system, web, and visual identity
- Customer-facing communications and storytelling
- Campaigns, content, and editorial across channels
- Demand and Revenue Alignment
- Partner with sales and revenue leadership on the number
- Build content and campaigns that drive intent and inquiry
- Measure work against pipeline contribution
- Understand how brand presence converts to revenue at the premium end

Who This Role Is For
You are a senior operator with the range of a generalist and the depth of a specialist in at least one of: brand, content, design, or demand gen.
You Have
- 7 years across brand and product marketing, with leadership experience or clear evidence of operating at that level
- A portfolio of AI-leveraged work that punches above the headcount that produced it
- Strong taste and a high editorial bar
- Real demand gen instinct and comfort owning revenue contribution
- Experience in agency, ecommerce, premium brand, or B2B services environments is a plus
