Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and support to customers through email
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order changes, and damaged items.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred
- Knowledge of fashion,sales, and/or E-comm is a plus
- Ability to learn technical product information quickly
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
