Entry-Level Production Associate
Location: 7425 US 287 HWY, Arlington TX 76001
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Overtime: Available during peak production seasons

Position Summary
We are looking for two dependable Production Associates to join our team. This is an entry-level position, so no prior experience, degree, or specialized training is required. We’ll teach you everything you need to know.
If you enjoy hands-on work, working with your hands, staying busy, and paying close attention to detail, this could be a great fit.
Responsibilities
- Receive, organize, and manage inventory
- Prepare and package customer orders for shipment
- Mask and tape crystal and glass awards for production
- Operate sandblasting equipment (training provided)
- Operate laser engraving equipment (training provided)
- Inspect products to ensure quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Assist with other production duties as needed
Qualifications
- No experience or degree required
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable with good attendance and punctuality
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks
- Able to safely lift and move packages as needed
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
