What You'll Do
- Perform the Clean ReCoat Process™ on residential and commercial floors: preparing, cleaning, buffing, color-correcting, and sealing hardwood, tile, and vinyl surfaces to a like-new finish
- Operate and maintain professional-grade floor care equipment with precision
- Occasionally transport and deliver material orders
- Be the face of ReCoat Revolution in clients' homes and businesses: treat their space with the same respect you'd want for your own
- Follow safety steps every time, no shortcuts
What You Bring
- Valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check
- Reliable transportation to and from work each day
- A smartphone in good working order, updated to a recent OS version (iPhone preferred). You'll use it daily for job scheduling, job details, and clocking in and out
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and to stand, bend, kneel, and move equipment for hours at a time
- An eye for detail and pride in doing things right, not just fast
- A friendly, professional attitude with clients and teammates, and a polished appearance for client-facing work
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a crew
- Floor care or janitorial experience is a bonus, but not required. We'll train the right person
Compensation & What to Expect
Base Pay: $22.00 – $26.00 per hour
Estimated Annual Earnings: $45,760 – $54,080 (full-time, 40 hrs/week), before bonuses. If you're a top performer, you can earn more through our bonus incentives tied to performance and client retention.
