Scope of Responsibilities and Duties
- Ensure compliance of processes with ISO standards, occupational health and safety (OHS), and environmental regulations.
- Comply with occupational health and safety rules as well as fire protection regulations.
- Operate machines and equipment on the production line in accordance with work instructions and operating procedures.
- Perform quality control of manufactured products.
- Report equipment malfunctions and technical or quality non-conformities.
- Maintain order and cleanliness at the workstation in accordance with the 5S methodology and perform routine maintenance activities assigned to the production line operator.
- Complete production documentation (work orders, job cards, daily reports).
- Cooperate with the technical team, quality control, shift supervisor, and production department management.
- Participate in line changeovers, start-ups, and shutdowns.
- Ensure minimization of material losses and optimal use of resources.
- Take initiative and participate in continuous improvement projects and optimization initiatives.
- Maintain order and cleanliness at the workstation in accordance with 5S standards.
Requirements and Competencies
Education
- Minimum vocational education (technical or vocational diploma).
Experience
- Previous experience in a similar position within a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage.
Technical Competencies
- Ability to operate production machinery and equipment.
- Basic knowledge of technical drawings (optional).
- Basic knowledge of measuring instruments and technical documentation.
