Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Consultant located in Columbia, SC. The Technical Sales Consultant will work directly with clients to understand their needs, provide technical support, deliver tailored solutions, and troubleshoot any product-related challenges. Responsibilities also include consulting with clients to recommend appropriate products, explaining technical specifications, and building long-term customer relationships, as well as collaborating with internal teams to enhance the effectiveness of sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and evaluating technical product requirements
• Proficiency in Consulting and developing client-centric strategies
• Experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to address customer inquiries and resolve challenges
• Solid foundation in Sales, including identifying opportunities and managing the sales process
• Experience in managing large project type orders is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse clients
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field is preferred
• Experience working in industrial or technical sales is a plus
• Willingness to work onsite and collaborate within a dynamic team environment
