Role Description
This is a great opportunity for someone who loves helping people, thrives in a detail-oriented environment, and wants to grow within a mission-driven climate tech company.
This job is all about solving problems for customers. This will include answering a lot of calls and emails, communicating customer challenges to internal staff, and helping us launch new products. You’ll help customers learn about SRECs, get signed up, and solve issues as they arise over email and phone. You’ll guide customers through onboarding steps, troubleshoot issues, and ensure every interaction feels smooth, consistent, and well-supported.
Over time (several months to 1 year), this will help you develop expertise in our market niche, and the role will expand along with you and the business. Because you’ll be helping to operate the company, you’ll be active in shaping its operations. You’ll learn new tech and tools and help us improve them for our customers, partners, and team. This can be really exciting (and challenging!) and will immediately give you real ownership of results, both for customers and the business.
You’ll follow established processes, maintain accurate documentation, and identify patterns or opportunities for improvement. As you gain experience, you’ll take on more strategic responsibilities and contribute to strengthening the customer support function across RECmint. Our highly collaborative team provides plenty of coaching to ensure you’re supported along the way.

You should be highly organized and self-motivated, able to manage a steady flow of inbound conversations and follow-ups without requiring constant direction. Location & Hybrid Work:
RECmint is part of the Sun Tribe Group family of companies. Our offices are in Charlottesville, VA on the historic downtown mall, and our team is based both in Charlottesville and Richmond.

Compensation & Application Process
This is a full-time role with a pay range of $70,000 -85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
