ReCloud IT provides comprehensive IT asset management services for organizations and corporations. In this business line, we provide value-added services including logistics management, equipment refurbishment, data erasure, product re-marketing, downstream recycling, and sustainability reporting for our clients. We are headquartered in Piscataway, NJ and service North American markets.
ReCloud IT is also engaged in the business of wholesale distribution of enterprise computing equipment and associated components such as CPU, memory, storage product (arrays, HDD, SSD, Flash), peripherals, and network product.
We are seeking a driven and client-focused Account Manager to oversee relationships and growth opportunities within our ITAD division. This role reports directly to the CEO.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the value of secure and sustainable asset disposition, and can manage enterprise-level accounts with confidence and care.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention
- Manage end-to-end client relationships, from onboarding to renewal
- Understand client needs and deliver tailored ITAD solutions, including asset recovery, data destruction, and e-waste recycling
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of services and resolve any issues
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across ReCloud IT’s ITAD offerings
- Track account performance, generate reports, and present insights to clients
- Stay informed on industry trends, compliance standards, and sustainability goals relevant to ITAD
- Support sales efforts by contributing to proposals, presentations, and strategic planning
Qualifications / Education Required
- High School Diploma
- 3 years of experience in account management in ITAD, IT services or B2B sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively
- Familiarity with IT asset lifecycle, data security, and environmental compliance is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite

- Proficient in LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools; skilled at tracking and managing lead quality
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset in competitive environments
