Recline & Unwind Social Spa is now hiring for a, guest centric, Spa Receptionist for our downtown Asheville location. 24-30 hours per week. Must be available able to work regular Friday and Saturday shifts. Shifts range from 10:30 am to 8:30 pm. No early mornings or late nights. If you are unavailable on weekends, please do not apply.
RU Social Spa is a new concept spa and retail boutique created as a place for people to connect with friends and focus on wellness in a fun and casual environment.
Job Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:
- Open and close the spa, ensuring required safety and operational tasks are completed
- Schedule guest appointments accurately, in-person, by phone and email; complete guest checkout for services, retail, gratuity.
- Maintain cleanliness of areas throughout the spa, facilitate laundering of spa towels, stock guest amenities, products and supplies as needed
- Demonstrate exceptional guest service while knowledgeably assisting guests with selection of spa services and products; resolve guest opportunities professionally and courteously
- Drive sales of multiple services, add ons, retail items and F&B to contribute to team effort of achieving revenue goals
- Be positive, enthusiastic and focused while contributing toward a quality work environment
- Provide foot soak services (receive 100% of gratuities from these services)
Physical Demands:

- Able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time
