Reclectic Seasonal Sales Associate

This position is located at 6170 W Grand Ave, Gurnee, Illinois, 60031 United States Role Summary:

A Seasonal Sales Associate contributes to driving sales through maintaining organized product flow, helping to ring customer transactions as a cashier, and providing a genuine experience to each customer in all areas of the salesfloor.

Customer Experience

• Initiates conversation with customers as they enter the store and informs them of current promotions
• Supports a selling environment in all areas of the sales floor by connecting with multiple customers, sharing product information, and helping to maintain a well-kept, clean store
• Processes sales for the customer accurately and efficiently as a cashier

Teamwork Communication

• Contributes to the store by being positive, respectful, and helpful to others
• Collaborates with peers and leadership, sharing ideas and jumping in to support the needs of the team
• Exhibits a willingness to learn and adapt; is flexible to change and open to try new ways of doing things
• Ensures timeliness and accountability to scheduled shifts to support a well-staffed, positive environment

Visual Business Operations

• Maintains visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer
• Supports processing shipment, tagging, staging, and placing new product
• Adheres to store’s safety standards, inventory accuracy, reduction of product loss, and upholds all company policy and procedures to support the profitability of the store

• Experience being a team player
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights and weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes and furniture
