Customer Service Representative - II

Job Overview

Reclamation Technologies USA is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Customer Service Representative II to join our team! In this role, you will support daily customer service operations by managing customer inquiries, processing orders, coordinating logistics, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer customer phone calls and emails
• Enter orders and maintain accurate records
• Create and manage jobs in Service Fusion
• Assist with quotes and job setup
• Prepare and submit invoices and credit memos to customer AP
• Process customer applications and onboarding
• Generate BOLs, manifests, SDS, and required documents
• Provide standard customer updates
• Maintain filing and documentation
• Assist with general administrative tasks
• Ensure accuracy across systems (SF, QB, Access)
• Maintain customer account details (pricing, contracts, records)
• Track tanks, assets, and inventory
• Monitor order progress and follow up on delays
• Coordinate with operations to ensure order completion
• Review invoices and credit memos for accuracy
• Schedule shipments and coordinate logistics
• Handle routine customer issues independently
• Support onboarding and training of CSR I staff

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in customer service or office environments preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently.
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software required; at least one year preferred.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate record keeping.

Position & Benefits

This is a full-time, on-site position with standard office hours. Occasional overtime may be available during peak periods.

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
