Responsibilities:
- Meet and Greet all current members and prospects.
- Facilitate interaction with members.
- Communicate all special events and promotions to members and guests.
- Maintain a clean, inviting and positive atmosphere at all times.
- Know, understand and follow all facility policies and procedures.
- Maintain a professional atmosphere at all times.
- Hands on approach to a customer facing experience including but not limited to meeting and greeting all guests and members, cleanliness, towel service and sanitizing service.
- Proper cleaning techniques and procedures.
- Must be a strong, hands on take charge leader.
- Extremely strong customer service skills.
Qualifications
- Strong background in customer service
- Proven customer service experience
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
- Proficient in using POS systems and cash registers
- Ability to handle administrative tasks and maintain organization
- Familiarity with marketing and prospecting procedures
