📍 Location: Remote (Upstate NY based) with weekly travel to project sites
💼 Role: Full-Time, Solar Project Manager (Construction)
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the execution of small utility-scale solar projects (1–20MW) from start to finish.
- Oversee construction schedules, budgets, and subcontractors.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within scope.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, engineers, and field teams.
- Travel weekly to project sites across Upstate New York.
- Drive technical excellence and problem-solving in the field.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience managing utility-scale or commercial solar construction projects.
- Strong background in construction project management (preferably solar, renewable energy, or electrical).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to balance remote work with regular field travel.
