Construction Manager – Commercial Solar (C&I)
Location: Florida | Full-Time | EPC Contractor
This role requires the successful candidate to be onsite in the Fort Lauderdale/Miami area 5 days a week - therefore please only apply if you currently live or are willing to permanently relocate to that area
This role can offer relocation assistance to Fort Lauderdale/Miami - as you are required to be within 50km of the warehouse
It is absolutely essential that a strong and comprehensive knowledge of electrical installation and codes can be demonstrated and previous experience installing Solar on site is essential

The Role – Construction Manager
As a Construction Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering commercial solar projects across Florida. You’ll oversee crews, subcontractors, and schedules to ensure projects are completed on time, safely, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage on-site construction activities for C&I solar projects.
- Coordinate subcontractors, site crews, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and project milestones.
- Ensure safety compliance, quality control, and adherence to plans/specifications.
- Act as the main point of contact between field operations and project management teams.
- Travel to job sites across Florida as needed.
Requirements:
- Commercial solar (C&I) construction experience required.
- Proven background in construction management, preferably with EPCs or solar contractors.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project timelines.
- Willingness to travel across Florida for site visits.
