REGISTERED PHARMACIST – Full-Time
Compensation - $45 - $55 per hour
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
This position is responsible for reviewing prescriptions, ensuring the safe and accurate preparation of medications, and maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations. The pharmacist will oversee pharmacy technicians and uphold the highest standards of patient care and safety.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Review and verify new prescription orders for accuracy and compliance.
- Supervise and oversee the activities of pharmacy technicians, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized prescription department.
- Ensure adherence to all state and federal pharmacy laws and company policies.
- Provide consultation to patients regarding medication usage, side effects, and interactions.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience:
- Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy.
- Prior experience in a compounding pharmacy is preferred.
- 2 years of experience is preferred.
Licenses, Certifications, or Registrations:
- Clear and active pharmacist license issued by the State of Florida Board of Pharmacy.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and compounding procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Clinical pharmacy environment.
- Requires standing for extended periods and handling pharmaceutical materials.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- Pay: $45–$55 per hour

Recharge Compounding Pharmacy Hours of Operation:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday 8 am - 6 pm
Thursday 8 am - 6:30 pm
Saturday 7:45 am - 1 pm
