What You'll Do
As a Collection Specialist, you will work with customers to resolve past-due account balances while providing excellent customer service and professional account support.
Responsibilities include:
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls regarding account balances
- Explain account information and answer customer questions
- Work with customers to identify payment solutions
- Process payments and set up payment arrangements
- Maintain accurate account documentation
- Meet performance and quality expectations
- Collaborate with coworkers and management to achieve team goals
What We're Looking For

- Basic computer and data-entry skills

Previous collections, customer service, call center, banking, retail, or sales experience is preferred but not required.
