Account Executive | GenAI SaaS | San Francisco (On-site) | $240K - $300K OTE
I’m partnering with a fast-growing GenAI startup to find their next Account Executive. With $2.2M raised, 200 customers, and $2M ARR, they’re building the category for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) helping brands like Coinbase, SoFi, and ZoomInfo grow through AI Search.
This is their third sales hire. You’ll own the full cycle from outbound to close, work directly with the founders, and have real input into GTM strategy and product direction.
The role:
$120K - $150K base | $240K - $300K OTE | 0.1% - 0.2% equity | Full-time on-site, San Francisco
What they’re looking for:
1 to 5 years of SaaS sales experience, ideally in MarTech or selling into marketing teams. Proven ability to close $10K to $30K ACV deals. Someone who thrives in an early-stage environment and wants to build, not just execute.
The team:
10 people. Backgrounds from DeepMind, Google, Cohere, Vercel, MIT, and Facebook. Lean, high-caliber, and moving fast.
