We are on the search for an Account Executive for a profitable, fast-growing GTM Tech SaaS company in Boston.
The founders have already proven product-market fit, signed strong early customers, and built real momentum. Now they need a sales hire to turn founder-led wins into a repeatable revenue engine.
This is a true 0 to 1 build role with ownership, equity, and daily access to the founding team.
What you will be doing
Owning the full sales cycle from outbound to close
Selling mid-market deals with $15K to $30K ACVs
Running fast, one-month sales cycles
Building pipeline through cold calling, email, and in-person meetings
Working directly with the founders on messaging, ICP, and objections
Helping shape the first repeatable GTM playbook
What they are looking for
Mid-market SaaS closing experience
Consistent success in $15K to $30K ACV deals
Strong outbound DNA and comfort creating your own pipeline
Bonus if you have sold into Marketing, Sales, RevOps, or GTM teams
Based in Boston and excited to work in person four to five days per week
