Founding Account Executive (Mid-Market) | Boston, MA
We’re building the future of how businesses connect and engage. Our AI-powered communications infrastructure is growing fast, double ARR quarter over quarter, and we’re looking for our first dedicated AE to own mid-market new business and help build the sales foundation that scales with us.
The Role
As our Founding AE, you’ll replicate and scale the sales motion our founder has already validated. You’ll own the full cycle from qualified lead to close, run outbound via LinkedIn and in-person events, and work directly alongside the founding team to drive new business.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own the full sales cycle end to end across mid-market accounts
Run outbound prospecting through LinkedIn and industry events
Engage prospects using our own product as part of your outreach
Build relationships with key stakeholders through to close
Hand off to Customer Success while maintaining accountability through trials
What We’re Looking For
Consistent quota attainment selling $15-30K ACV SaaS solutions
Experience at a fast-growing startup and hunger to do it again, earlier
Comfortable running outbound independently with no SDR support
Visible on social and in-person, you put yourself out there
Builder mentality: you create structure, you don’t wait for it
