The First Responder Program Intake & Care Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting patient access, intake processes, and day-to-day coordination within our specialized program serving first responders and veterans.
This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about working with a population that requires trust, structure, and a high level of care coordination.
- Conduct and support patient intake processes for incoming individuals
- Coordinate closely with the Admissions Team to ensure smooth and timely onboarding
- Assist in scheduling patients across levels of care (PHP, IOP, OP)
- Support case management coordination, ensuring patients are aligned with appropriate services
- Perform administrative and operational tasks under the guidance of the Lead Administrator
- Assist with basic billing-related responsibilities as directed
- Help maintain organized patient flow and communication across the clinical team
- Work collaboratively with and report to the Clinical Director and Lead Administrator
- Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or administrative coordination preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with sensitive and confidential information
- Interest in mental health, substance use, and/or first responder populations strongly preferred
