What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Sales Representative position at ReBuilder Medical?
This role is for experienced call center professionals who are confident on the phone, comfortable handling outbound calls, and skilled at delivering superior customer service while identifying sales opportunities.
Core Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Provide professional customer service and identify sales opportunities
- Follow call flows, scripts, and escalation paths
- Document interactions accurately
- Meet quality, attendance, and performance standards
Required Experience
- Inbound and outbound call center experience (required)
- On-site availability, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Strong verbal communication and reliability
- Sales experience is a plus
Tier Structure
Tier I: 1–2 years call center experience
Tier II: 2–4 years call center sales exposure
Tier III: 4 years call center proven sales or escalation handling
