Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, this position is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations with a focus on cabinet-related tasks. This role assembles cabinets, assists with cabinet deliveries, wraps and protects cabinets for transport, and organizes cabinets by kitchen or project.

Additionally, this position maintains a clean and orderly work environment and performs various general warehouse duties as needed to support overall efficiency and workflow, including unloading materials, restocking supplies, assisting with inventory counts, and helping with equipment maintenance or minor repairs.

Qualifications include:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1 years’ experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or assembly environment preferred
• Ability to safely lift and move items weighing up to 75 pounds
• Familiarity with basic hand and power tools used in assembly work
• Demonstratable understanding of basic warehouse safety practices and procedures
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Solid decision-making abilities coupled with sound judgment
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to prioritize numerous tasks and manage shifting priorities
• Client-focused with strong execution skills and results orientation
• High level of precision with attention to detail and consistency

Compensation

• The hiring range for this position is $31,200.00 annually
