Overview:
We are a new dual-diagnosis behavioral health treatment center in Tulsa, OK is seeking a part-time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will have experience or strong interest in behavioral health and co-occurring substance use disorders. This role is essential in delivering safe, compassionate, and effective medical care to our clients as they engage in treatment and recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive medical assessments for new admissions, including physical exams, medical histories, and medication reviews.
- Provide ongoing medical care and monitoring for clients enrolled in treatment, including management of chronic health conditions and acute concerns.
- Collaborate with psychiatric providers, therapists, nurses, and case managers to support integrated, whole-person treatment planning.
- Prescribe and manage medications within scope of practice, ensuring safe and appropriate care.
- Review and interpret lab results and coordinate follow-up medical care as needed.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain clear, accurate, and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
- Support the center’s medical policies, procedures, and compliance with state and federal guidelines.
- Provide education to clients on medical conditions, medications, wellness, and preventative care.
Qualifications:
- Active and unencumbered Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license in the state of Oklahoma.
- Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- DEA license (or willingness to obtain).
- Previous experience in behavioral health, addiction medicine, or dual-diagnosis treatment preferred but not required.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Schedule & Compensation:
- Part-time, Sunday, Monday, Wednesday & Friday (roughly 2-4 hours a day)
- Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience.
Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
