Overview
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Certified Pilates Instructor to join our boutique studio. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Pilates instruction using the reformer. This role involves designing engaging reformer routines that promote health, flexibility, and strength for diverse client populations. Candidates should possess excellent teaching skills, an understanding of physiology and body mechanics, and the ability to motivate clients of all levels.
Responsibilities
- Lead engaging Pilates classes tailored to different skill levels while ensuring proper technique and safety.
- Educate clients on proper form and technique to prevent injury and maximize results.
- Foster a motivating environment that encourages participation and retention through excellent teaching and communication skills.
- Assist with studio operations including opening , closing and sales of fitness packages.
- Stay current with industry trends in Pilates, group fitness and personal training.
Qualifications
- Certification in Pilates instruction from an accredited organization.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, body mechanics, and program design principles.
- Prior experience teaching group fitness classes or personal training sessions preferred.
- Excellent communication and motivational skills to engage diverse client populations.
- Ability to adapt programs for clients with varying fitness levels and health conditions.
