What Your Day Actually Looks Like
- 40 minutes of dedicated one-on-one treatment time with every patient (not tech-run treatments)
- Up to 12 patients per day, averaging 50–52 visits per week
- Flexible scheduling — choice of start times, and compressed-week options for the right candidate
- You leave on time most days
We treat orthopedic, sports, and pelvic health conditions — but the real focus is individualized care, not throughput.
Growth & Mentorship
- $1,500/year continuing education allowance
- Structured one-on-one mentorship for 6-12 months for new and recent grads
- Room to build a specialty practice (pelvic floor, sports, dry needling, and more)
- Our average clinician has an NPS over 90, developing successful therapists
About Rebound

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients using individualized plans of care
- Reassess progress and adjust treatments
- Collaborate with fellow clinicians whenever desired
- Help patients return to meaningful activities (sports, lifting, parenting, life)
Requirements
- Massachusetts licensed Physical Therapist
- Solid clinical reasoning
- Interest in ortho, sports, or pelvic health
(New grads welcome — structured mentorship provided)
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $85,000 – $105,000
- $5,000 sign-on bonus
- PTO: 2 weeks (new grads), 3 weeks (experienced), up to 4 weeks after tenure — plus 5 sick days
