Role Description
This is a 1099 Contractor hybrid position for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in the Tampa Bay Area (Tampa, Florida). The role involves providing clinical and Christian counseling services, conducting mental and behavioral health assessments, developing treatment plans, and offering case management support. Additional responsibilities include engaging with children and adult clients to foster therapeutic relationships, evaluating their progress, and ensuring the delivery of comprehensive and compassionate care. While some tasks require in-office presence, there is flexibility for remote work depending on client needs and organizational requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Competence in Social Work and Mental Health practices, including individual, family, couples, Christian and group therapy
- Strong skills in Case Management, including coordination of resources and services
- Proficiency in Mental Health and Behavioral Health assessment and intervention
- Active LCSW and/or LMHC licensure in Florida
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centered approach
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems
