Overview
We are seeking motivated Inside Sales Representatives for a fully remote role. You will qualify leads, set appointments for our sales reps, and provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and SMS in a high call volume environment.

Responsibilities
- Qualify leads using a script and schedule appointments to set our direct sales team up for success
- Utilize phone, email, SMS, and other communication tools to address customer inquiries and concerns
- Handle rebuttals effectively while providing exceptional customer service
- Offer customer support and product knowledge in a high call volume setting
- Use Salesforce (CRM) to collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Project Management, Sales Operations, etc.)
Qualifications
- Inside sales or business development experience (preferred)
- Strong passion for helping and serving others
- High level of confidence, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable thriving in a high call volume environment
Schedule
- Full-time position, 5 days a week
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends
Location
- This is a fully remote position, but candidates must reside in the state of Texas to be eligible to apply.
