Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Desk Engineer L3 located in Hartford, CT. The Service Desk Engineer L3 will be responsible for providing high-level technical support, troubleshooting IT issues, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role involves handling help desk support requests, managing service desk tickets, and ensuring a high level of responsiveness and effectiveness in addressing client needs.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and Help Desk Support
- Experience in providing high-quality Customer Service and managing Service Desk operations
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an on-site environment
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A , ITIL) are a plus
- Prior experience in IT support roles or similar positions is beneficial
