Clinic Assistant – Reboot Acupuncture & Wellness Center
Northridge, CA (In‑Person | Part‑Time)
We’re looking for a Care Rockstar (Clinic Assistant) who loves people as much as we do. At Reboot, we help patients recover and thrive — and we believe our team should feel the same way. Here, your growth and well‑being are just as important as the patients we serve.
What You’ll Do:
No two days look the same. You’ll support hands‑on patient care, answer phones, coordinate schedules, and jump in wherever needed — because “that’s not my job” isn’t in our vocabulary. You’ll help create a welcoming environment where patients feel truly cared for.

Role Schedule:
Mon/Wed: 2:30 PM – 7:00 PM
Tue/Thu/Sat: 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM
(The clinic has additional operating hours, but these are the set shifts for this position. There may be opportunities to work extra hours if desired)
