HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Receive or scan all warehouse transactions into Plex such as raw materials, MRB product, MRO items, finished goods received or returned to the warehouse, and finished goods product shipped.
- Ensure that all material procedures are followed in the IATF16949 manual with regards to entering daily transactions.
- Enter transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
- Deliver items received in warehouse to correct department or individual in a timely manner.
- Pull stock for customer orders and build shipments using scanning verification.
- Loading and unloading trucks.
- Conduct cycle counts as needed to ensure accuracy of Plex inventory.
- Maintain customer owned packaging (peel labels, clean, inspect, and store in clean, dry area).
- Scan all customer returns into the building and report into Plex for Quality's disposition of product.
- Assist in reconciling any difference between quantities on hand and Plex inventory.
- Be especially attentive to all safety and housekeeping rules.
- Position requires regular and predictable attendance as well as the ability to work with and get along with others.
- All other assignments deemed necessary while under the direction of the Material/Purchasing Manager.
YOUR KEY ATTRIBUTES
- You have a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent).
- Prior warehouse experience.
- Forklift training through IATF16949 and ISO-14001.
- The ability to work independently and on a team.
- Be self-motivated and conscientious.
- A basic knowledge of shipping and receiving preferred.
- Excellent math skills.
- Proficient at typing.
- Good physical condition to do lifting of up to 50 lbs., continuous walking and standing.
