The Role
We’re looking for a Mandarin-speaking, junior-level Sales Engineer to join our crew. You’ll be the connector between overseas partners, Amazon conversations, and our sales tech teams. If you’re hungry, curious, and excited to roll up your sleeves, this is your shot to break into eCommerce tech with a company growing at warp speed.
What You’ll Do
- Support sales conversations with Mandarin-speaking partners and prospects.
- Translate technical Amazon jargon into human-speak (and vice versa).
- Help brands understand how Growvana makes their Amazon business run smoother.
- Partner with engineers account managers to turn prospects into long-term wins.
- Keep communication clear, organized, and moving forward.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in Mandarin English (written and spoken).
- Based in the US (remote welcome).
- Early career / recent grad with ambition and drive.
- Strong communicator—you can make complex stuff sound simple.
- Bonus points: you’ve sold something online (Etsy, eBay, Amazon, Depop, Shopify… we don’t judge).
