Rebellion Bourbon Bar & Kitchen is looking for an experienced, hands-on Kitchen Manager who is bilingual in English and Spanish to lead our culinary team. This is a leadership role for someone who loves great food, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to bring out the best in their team.

What You’ll Do
- Lead daily kitchen operations in a scratch kitchen
- Prepare fresh ingredients and oversee proper food preparation and temperature control
- Communicate clearly with kitchen staff in English and Spanish
- Train, coach, and motivate the culinary team to deliver consistent, high-quality food
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards
- Manage kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with the team to develop new dishes and menu ideas
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and food cost control
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Assist with interviewing and hiring kitchen staff
- Jump in and lead from the line during busy services
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of Kitchen Manager or culinary leadership experience
(Casual dining or bar experience preferred)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required or strongly preferred
- Strong scratch-cooking background
- Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a kitchen team
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Familiarity with restaurant management systems
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
